EVERY time u lose bet one level higher, and when u lose 4 times in a row, continue betting on the highest until u win, then go back to the lowest. its the most simple to way to improve your odds from 1/2 to 1/16.

First your odds isnt 1/2 because merchant wins when you and him roll same number. You odds are exactly 5:11 to win. And i tried your strategy and in longer run i was losing. So i calculated why.
If you always win 1 out of 4 roles you win on 1 role 10, on second 10 on 3 20 and on 4 19 gold. Soy our average win is 15 gold per 1 round of 4 rolls. But if you lose 4 roles in a row which hapends every 11-12 time you lose 179 gold. + If you are not lucky and continue bet 99 and lose 2 more rolls you lost 198 gold more. And your winning in 11 rounds(11*15 = 165) Cant cover losses every 11-12 rounds. You could be lucky but for how long. Similar games are played in casino, but casino never went bancropt. i wonder why.
I wont play dice game. I was entusiastic when i tried with 1 acc and earn 500 gold in 3 minutes. But then i try on longer run and i lost 1000 from begining cash.

I dint even bother after i read that equal sum on the dice implied that the merchant won 

Btw if you lose 4 times in a row, it doesn't increase your chance of winning next round   
The probabilities are independent 
(Of course , that is assuming the dice are truly random.  )
