Hi, i just started an alliance and i wanted to invite people in But There is No White Handshake Icon! i don't really know whats the problem, any ideas?  *hmm*

R10 is running the old alliance system, people need to apply first and then you can accept them.

Do alliances in R10 have High Commander? I don't know how to assign them  *sos*
