Adding commas for numerical values

Just a quick idea I thought of. It would be so much easier to read numbers if commas were added. Like who can quickly figure out how much 14223100 gold would be? Well, unless I'm hard of reading, which is possible too. LOL. 14,223,100 gold would make so much more sense.

Great idea  With the current plan of development of IO I suspect this might be implemented around 2030 after the other so important changes such as naming your provinces  Meanwhile I suggest you buy a calculator
