Account blocked

Hi i like to know why can't login. The message is this:
"Your account has been blocked until 2007-09-30 10:34:15
You have violated the rules."

But i don't know whar rule violate

you need to have 6 hrs offline each day... and mind you; it has to be 6 consecutive hrs... so that means a block of 6 hrs... if not; you'll automatically be banned for 10 hrs
