I would like to report insults and very bad language from some players, but it seems that using the "report abusive message" button or sending directly the messages to moderators has no effect!
Now my question, why adding this new button if nothing is done???
Some people are very rude with others but this is not cheating and they still continue playing and using their language of 4 years old child...
I don't care to lose some battles or be plundered 10 times in a night, but nothing can be worst than telling insanities about my family!!! If your point of view is to let these guys playing, i have only one thing to say: SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!

i agree mate.i suggest you to put that idiot on ignore list and make him go to vacation It's too easy to avoid the problem... cheating is one thing, but insulting is worst than cheating! sure i can take my revenge on the battle field, but everything i will do will never give me back the honor i've lost... I've already reported some insult messages from the same player 2 eras ago, again in the last era and now one more time in this era, i know lot of other players who have been insulted by him and HE HAS NEVER BEEN BANED! |

that would explain a lot because some people believe (what i think it isn't true) that admins favorize bulgarians and that they are mild with them

nop... crusaders are using another tactic, but this is another story... here i'm talking about a famous bulgarian alliance which is well known for their agressivity towards all non bulgarian players, the name of the alliance tells everything! they are not only using bad language, they are bad! |

I think they're all bad...ingame that is
actually the best thing they do is they stick together, who ever of us never attacked a fellow countrymen? no one...bulgs rarely attack bulgs...
