Problem with Alliance researches?

Hi,
i'm playing in realm 5 and i'm leader of an aliance.I researched aliance medicine and cartography ,but only medicine works.We checked army speed and it doesn't function.I't says +1 on both researches?
 So if anyone can contact game developers i would ask him to do so and inform them.I belive that other players noticed disfunctionallity ,so we are waiting for move of forum admins and moderators
