of course there are times where they are necessary. but it often happens that people occasionally use your argument to defend wars that were anything but 'necessary'.

yes, but is the same thing like when people use rules intended to protect human rights, like habeas corpus, or fair trial, to get away from the law. abuses don`t means that, in some circumstances, the argument isn`t true, it depends on the context. Saddam Hussein, for example, for sure wasn`t a Hitler.

through the entire history of man kind there has been fighting and war some times for a reason other times just for the hell of it, we are designed for combat we are all potential killing machines maybe its just in our genes and we will never change no matter how many people cry for world peace

well, it was an example, for the idea that most rules, or arguments can be twisted, if used in a different contexts as they were meant. a crime boss usually hides behind law, hire lawyers, use legal procedures to get away. or, like the argument used by most companies in litigation suits, that there are not enough evidence against them (as tobacco companies regarding nicotine). or US position regarding global warming

Speaking for the Largest terrorist organization on the Planet, Whos politics I seldom agree with , But I am an American.
War is great for the economy it Is  the greatest form of Population control. It brings the people of this country together in ways to distract them from the real truths, The real important issues like health care and Natural disasters . The US government uses war and its Propaganda machine to influence all others on the planet to their way of thinking and screw the rest of the world.

For those of you that can get this book Please read it is very informative

" Behold a Pale white Horse"
for those of us in the US  this is a Red Flagged Book ( Meaning if you search it out you will be put on a list in FBI. Part of a watch group that supervises books and things the goverment doesnt really want you to know
