Account blocked

My account has been blocked even though i have 6 hours of offline time, also did not wait the full 24 hours to block me blocked me at only 22 of the 24 is there a way to get this fixed or is it just a known bug we have to work with...thanks for any help

You forgot 19 to 20, which he could have logged on after the 20th hour (i.e. 20:05), otherwise it would not be highlighted.
