when i want to get my 10 hour production, i only get the 6 hour production option and the 10 hour production option is not there.... why?

im in realm 8.
Is it because i used it already? this didnt happen last era.

I can only use the 10 hours option if you are not in the TOP 50. Maybe you are there, so you can't use it...
