good strategy for new alliance

Please how to activate an alliance. and what u advise for a new one what strategy should be tooken??

To have an active alliance, you need at least 5 members.

Just try to recruit the best possible players for your alliance; when you think you have enough strong members, you can declare wars and maybe climb up the alliance ladder
