Cant attack province....

hi,

i exchanged pillage this morning with some guy and when i tried to resend the army to his other province i got the message: "...There is already an attack against this province. You must wait for it to pass before you can attack ."   

The problem is that i have tried for more than 7 hours now and i still cant attack him.....and he is not pillaget in those provinces.

has it happend to anyone?

he is having a pillage in that province...and it can be a fake pillage...while the army that made the fake pillage is going to attack and coming back, you can't pillage him
