colonize bug

hi, my name is ignacio and i have a problem.  i hope you could help me.

i have two provinces number 9.  I wanted to colonize but no two times in a rol. The second province nº9 took another 500 soldiers and the centrilized power level too.

i do not know what to do it about it

you can't do anything seems like you are a very fast clicker and that's why you're having 2 provinces 9

I had an issue of such kind this morning. I sent 500 spearmen to province 12... I got an error ("Table function full") and the message the province has been colonized. I lost my 500 spearmen and the province 12 is still empty. Are they facing a problem with one server ? I will wait an answer before sending 500 more spearmen.
