If I'm right leader of alliance have +7 morale and adviser +5 morale.
It would be better that this is ONLY for alliance battles so for other
battles all people are equal.

Someone who's not alliance member can't prosper like some alliance leader and that sucks... *cry*

as far as I know, leaders of active alliances have 10 point morale bonus and they also have an additional production bonus of 10%, whereas advisors have 5 morale and 5% production bonus.

leaders of inactive alliances have only 10 morale bonus.

I am of the opinion that it is good the way it is, IO is a team game best when played with others, I have made many good friends, even in real life, through playing in alliances...

I don´t agree with you assessment, just my opinion...

That means it's a bonus for people to join the alliance and communicate and be happy?  *Grin*
Nice... And you have a point. It is good.
But if you alone the guy next to you is 5 or 10% stronger then you just because he is part
of some alliance? I think the best (and enough) bonus is resources that members collect
after a good war.
Just my opinion...

Nah, it's ok as it is. When you are part of an active alliance, your troops know they are not alone out there. If you're part of an inactive alliance, you're just like some despot or tyrant, who boosts his soldiers with his own charisma. And this way, even people who try to play solo can have better chances against alliance players.
