it just happen that i wanted to declare war on an alliance but it was denied because it is only possible to declare war every 24 hours.

I declared war yesterday at 8.53 am and this war started at 16.53 pm, so now i want to declare war again at 13.50 pm which is clearly more than 24 hours after the last time, but no!  *Shocked*

So i guess now it is only possible to declare war every 32 hours, 24 hours plus the 8 hours before the starts, is this right? and if so is it a bug or do i just have to live with it and it was my problem not to know until now Huh?

Well, this is a bug or if you want to call it inaccuracy in the manual. You can declare a war every 24 hours AFTER your last war STARTED, not 24 hours after it was declared. So you can declare every 32 hours, in your case at 16:53 *Smiley*

yes, 24 + 8 hours (or +2 in r10). it's not a bug, it's the way game works *Smiley*
