Would you pay to play in a realm with no diamonds or premium?

What if there was a realm without diamonds and premium? A realm where everyone started the same and it was a game of skill, not just money? Please use that idea and answer the following?

1. Do you pay to play now? (Yes or No)

2a. If "No" please explain why?

2b. If "Yes" please list your purchase frequency?
  a. Once per Era
  b. As needed throughout the Era?

3. Would you pay to play in a realm without diamonds and premium?
    * Registration and payment would occur prior to the realm starting.
    * All players would start at the same time.
    * There would be no premium.
    * No diamonds could be used.
    * Everything else would be the same.

4. How much would you pay for this even playing field?

I wish this is implemented in the game. To have an era with no premiums but imperia online business is rooted in profit. It's sad seeing only one alliance dominating the era but they paid for it.
