Tournaments and Acts of Ruling

I have recently started playing and am enjoying the game, but I having trouble finding the Tournaments and the Acts of Ruling on my ipad. Can anybody direct me to them??

I admit that this might be a case of me being dumber than I look  , but I'd still appreciate the help  lol

I'm afraid that the Tournaments haven't been developed yet for the mobile applications and are not available trough them for now.

I think you will see most tournaments going the way of pick a dicipline for the tournament but generate spells each game. I am 50 sure it will be this way.

Unfortunately, tournaments are not developed for the iOS so, you have to play without it. Though they promise to bring the tournaments on iOS soon. Until then your provinces safe. Also, Imperia Online keeps updating in order to keep its users interested, but as of now, iOS users won't be able to take part in the tournaments.
