Black screen after reload and empty independents

I'm playing with google chrome, and at least one member had the same problem: sometimes it reloads and my village is all black, the menus are there, though...

There is a second problem it seems: resources in independent cities don't get refilled...

I've checked at least one of them (2533), it's not a vassal or something, and it didn't get any resources for an hour now.

Updating your browser to the latest version usually helps they say. I got black, green screen often too.
You can report the problem of independent cities to support.
