Ok, I have heard discussion off and on about this type of scenario:

A player has a Military Post (MP or Mp) and has stationed both field army and garrisoned troops. for the sake of the discussion, there are 10,000 troops garrisoned - some ballista and some archers. The field army is away on a lucrative trip

An opponent attacks the MP, and has done it successfully to bring the fort level to zero.

Here is the question: remaining troops, I have been told, flee to whichever province or colony where they were originally trained and are stationed as field troops, until the unfortunate player logs into the game.

Is that correct?

Hi Godric!

By my last information its correct. The troops return to the province/colony from which they were sent. With a 10% loss (if the MP was set on retire)

Thanks, so, if it were set to "Fight", do the remaining troops flee upon reaching Level "0" of the fort, or when the fort's morale has been lowered below 50%?

I would assume the game mechanics have already either killed, or made the assigned Warden General run away as well.

Hi again Godric!

Correction :

The army returns to the holding from which the post was established. The army returning from military mission also returns in the holding from which the post was established. If that holding was destructed, than the army would go to the Capital.
If the army traveling to the destructed post was sent on Evasion from the same post, it will return directly to the Capital.

Sorry, I got updated.
