The use of third party software.

A player is using third party software in our realm.  He is dominating the realm and cannot be touched.  He is using third party software and has been caught by IO twice.  What IO calls discipline is a joke, his discipline was that he had to play by the rules for 24 hours on first offense then on the second offense he had to play by the rules for 168 hours.  That isn't discipline, if it was then the entire realm is being disciplined.  He spends an enormous amount of money and I believe that is why no real discipline was put in place.

Do not talk about what you will do to players using third party software when you have caught the same player using it to win events and other prizes and fail to act.  This game is being corrupted by the software and more players will be using it due to the lack of any penalty being issued.
