I am very close to never playing this game ever again. I am playing on the Blitz Masters realm and I just had a military and trading post (along with 99% of my army) destroyed by a player over 32 times my points. While I do realize the rules of the game allow such things to occur, my question is why the honor and morale penalties don't make winning such attacks possible. Where is the sportsmanship in letting attacks like this happen? If a player is more than 5 times your points they should not be allowed to attack any holdings of yours, none. I was helping to prepare Easter dinner and was away from the game. Why can't Blitz players have holiday protection like all other realms? The game forced us to not be able to attack even barbarian camps while the clocks changed, but we can't have protection during a major holiday? If the makers of this game wish to keep growing the game and to make it better, there needs to be the option for players to play in realms where the "coiners" or "wallet warriors" do not play. I understand that there is a need by the makers to make a profit. However there is also a need by the players that don't spend money to have the chance at winning a realm.

With all of this in mind here is my idea to make everyone happy.
1. Have realms that don't use, allow you to buy or allow you to win diamonds.
2. Label realms as either diamond or non-diamond.
3. Allow only players that are profile level 60 to play in non-diamond realms.
4. Make another requirement of playing in a non-diamond realm is that you must have purchased diamonds at some point in the past on your profile.

There is simply no way for a non-diamond buyer to even compete with the players that buy them, none. How is this fair? I understand it is war game and war is not fair but having just lost over 200k heavy troops and a level 7 military post to a player over 32 times my size is really making me think there is not point in playing this game anymore. I was gone from the game for less than 20 minutes and when I came back after helping prepare a Holiday meal everything I had just spent 2 DAYS BUILDING WAS GONE, IN 20 MINUTES.   *black_eye*

Hello DragonMathias,

Thank you for your suggestions, I will follow all 4 to the team.
Holdings on special resource terrains can be attacked regardless of the point range, meaning that there are no punishments on the morale, honor or the attack of the invader. Attacks on military post, which protect a trading post, are also not affected by point range penalties.
Holiday protection is not available in mega blitz and blitz master realms because the duration of these realms is usually around 3 to 4 weeks. The option for Vacation mode is left available in these realms.

So, in other words, players that pay money can do whatever they want to non-paying players with regard to trading posts and the military posts that protect them. I could live with the fact of being attacked by a player twice my points, I would and do not like when it happens, but I deal with it. But being attacked by a player that has over 32 times my points is so far beyond ridiculous it has me seriously questioning my desire to play the game anymore. You did not address or even attempt to answer my questions in this regard.

How is this fair?
How can this be allowed to happen?
Why is there not some limit at which one player can not attack any holdings of another player?

Since the special resources grant bonuses with a global effect on the whole Empire and the whole Empire benefits during the period such holding is in possession of the empire, attacks upon holdings established upon special resource terrains have no limits for net worth points range. Also, Special resources are distributed randomly through the Global map, they are not easy to find, a player has to manually search the Global map or use Scouting in order to find special resource terrains and holdings founded on them.

You obviously don't play this game. Special resource terrains are VERY easy to find. You STILL have not answered my questions, you only gave me the definition of a special resource terrain. The ONLY way to compete with players that buy diamonds is to buy them for your own use. This is not fair to players that simply can't afford to buy diamonds. I have given many, many suggestions to improve this game from a game play standpoint, yet the only "improvements" the game developers seem to implement are the ones that make them more money. They are very close to losing a good number of their players if they chose to continue down this path. This game is becoming not fun to play mainly because unless you can afford to spend real money on this game you can't even COMPETE with the players that spend hundreds, if not thousands of Euros.

I find it funny that you suggest using scouting to find special resource terrains. It is funny because YOU CAN'T USE SCOUTING IN BLITZ. If you are going to be a moderator for a game you should really play the game sometime. If for no other reason than you would be familiar with the game rule changes that are implemented in the various realms.

Hello DragonMathias,

More developed players are not necessarily players who use diamonds, as our data shows. Your suggestions are important for the development of our game and we are grateful to you for sharing them with us. The ideas are always reviewed and implemented when approved by our team. Ideas which has not been approved are not lost, they can be reviewed again later and implemented as a part of a new module in future or an existing one.
Scouting in Blitz Masters is not available at the moment, our team is taking action on solving the problem, the feature will be available again soon in these realms. I apologize for the inconvenience this problem have caused. The feature is working correctly in the rest of the realms.

Why is there not some limit at which one player can not attack any holdings of another player?
I will follow your suggestion and feedback to the team, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts on this.

While I do understand your opinion of more developed players not necessarily being diamond players, the player that attacked me and destroyed my trading post and military post admitted to me that he uses diamonds extensively. There is no possible way, even in a Blitz realm to have elite units on day 7 without using diamonds. There is no way, even in a Blitz realm to have 32 MILLION points on day 7 without using diamonds.

I am wondering why it is so absurd to think that players who spend money on the game shouldn't be entitled to special perks?  Diamonds do nothing but speed things up, give you a chance at more goodies in chests- but in my experience, people who buy diamonds get empty chests at a much higher rate than people who don't.  Before I started buying diamonds, I NEVER got empty chests (maybe 1/100), but since I started buying them, I get at least 1 empty chest out of every 3.

I guess the socialist mentality has truly diseased the world.  "People who pay for things shouldn't get anything more than people who don't!"

You are missing the point. I understand that buying diamonds gives you perks. What I am saying is with regard to trading posts I, as a non-diamond player in this case, had zero chance to protect my holding because the player that wanted it was WELL over my x5 range. Not to mention that another special resource terrain of the the same kind was less than 30 miles from my trade post. He could have taken that one but instead chose to attack and take mine because he knew he could and it would give him military points in the process. I personally have no problem with players that buy and use diamonds. We all play in our own way for our own reason. I think it is unfair that there is not a mechanism in place to exclude attacking a player 32 times smaller than you are.

A question, did you trading post have a military post next to it?  If not, then taking a trading post is an easy thing to do.  As for military points, taking a trading post will give you 6 points total.  That is nearly nothing.
