RESET?

I logged in today to find the game had suddenly been reset

What happened?

Where are my diamonds, troops and all the building that have accomplished?

I have already sent an email to support@imperiaonline.org

All realms reset when the era is over (about 6-7 months after the start), but any diamonds you had should carry over.

Realm's eras restart, the duration depends on the speed of the realm. For more information about your realm, please click on the server clock in the game.
This is what happens when a realm is restarted:
- Accounts are transferred to the new era but with different location on the Global map.
- Empires’ development starts from 0.
- Diamonds and premium memberships are also transferred.
- Alliances automatically start the new era with the same member composition they have finished the last era with without having to be created all over again or manually invite all members.
