When an army is sent by a commander to send troops from rally point one to two, it shows "Troops moved by...." But if the troops are recalled, it doesn't say who recalls them. It just says the original mover instead of the new mover

One solution would be to simply show the person who recalled the troops as the new mover.

Another solution would be to have the alliance report to show not just the troop count that moved, but the commander who originally moved it and or who recalled it as well. So the report would look like the troop summary but on top it will say "Troops moved by..." and or might have "Troops recalled by..." in the event that the troops where recalled
