Suggestion: Leaders can see babysitters for all alliance members

Hello,

I have a suggestion for a new enhancement to add to the game:
I want a new feature that allows the leader and first officer of the alliance to be able to see the babysitters for all of their alliance members.  This would help the leaders to find spies in the alliance. 
During the previous era, we have a spy from some other alliance that was logging in as the babysitter for one of the members in our alliance and using the tribune info and other information to spy on us.   During this new era, he admitted to doing this.
