Too Many Attacks

Alliance RecRU has a member Tr-Human who attacked me 8 times in the space of 4 hours and was about to attack again when I came online and moved everything
It (not human) should be banished from this game

Capitulation would not help with this guy. There should be a limit at which the aggressor starts to lose units and the defender starts to gain ?

Hello killtwitter, I hope following these steps will help you to defend yourself:
- do not leave large amounts of resources, so that your empire couldn’t seem tempting to the enemies;
- keep archers and ballistae in the Fortress; build towers;
- try to maintain high levels of Fortresses, mostly in the capital;
- try to not leave your army on the field;
- keep many spies on the field and raise Counter-espionage levels whenever you can afford it, so that they couldn’t spy on you;
- keep raising Fortification, so that your Fortress is stronger, and Military Architecture, so that it gathers more archers in garrison;
- Box your capital or the province you are used to leave your resources in, by annexing all provinces it shares a border with;
- if some player goes hard on you with constant attacks, capitulate;

capitulate only helps for 40 hours and penalizes the defender. How is that helpful ?
I have done ALL the things you suggest and he keeps attacking. I would have to be online for 24 hours to prevent what is happening to me.

Attacking back or getting help from your allies can also be an option for defense.

If it's a bot, all attacks are simultaneous. With succesive numbers.
TR-Human click very quickly.

But, you really have some attack with same n° ? I see 2 attack with n°460873 in your list ...

Are you going to allow a bot ? No wonder the guy is part of a leading alliance.
Kick him out of the game or at least SUSPEND HIS ACCOUNT.
As for the double numbers sorry but copying all that action is a bit trying and asking DO I REALLY NEED THIS FRUSTRATION FROM A PLAYER AND THE GAMEMASTER DOES NOTHING TO PREVENT IT !

The player is not a bot, constant attacking is not violation of the game and we can't suspend his account for that, but I see you applied some of the advices given above and he stopped those attacks.

Boxing a province causes 20 points Morale drop for the attacker.
More information about the Global morale can be found here http://www95.imperiaonline.org/imperia/game_v6/game/help/?section=military&lang=en&speed=2#military_10. Keep in mind that in each round in a battle Morale drops due to fatigue and damage and when it drops below 50 there is a progressively increasing chance for the army to flee from the battle.
