Era restart?

My era (realm 261) ended 28 hours ago, and at least one player i know has changed his union, but i still see only this "ended" screen and can't do anything, including leave the union i am atm... has it already restarted? what am i doing wrong?

Realm 261 hasn't been restarted when you wrote, the new era started later the same day, August 3. Leaving and joining alliances was available after the restart.
