I had got to ~10/11 out of 14 days for this but when I look today I have gone all of the way back to 0. I would be grateful if this could be sorted out as I was getting close to getting the reward.

Hello Nigel,

You didn't log in on May 26 and the mission progress reset. Even if you are active in your account, you had to  log out and login again in the game at least once per day for 14 consecutive days.

How silly - I was active in my account but didn't log out as one of my activities. I guess that means that I could have done absolutely nothing other than logging in and out again and that would have been OK - as I said how silly:)
