Your archers continued the battle against the units in the fortress but they also fled due to a low morale (37 points) after 10 rounds of fighting and you lost the battle. The data in the report by rounds means they left, they weren't killed, and the value of 107 morale shown in round 13 is the morale of the archers who were the only one left on the battle field.
Lazyguyzz, similar situation happened with your battle too, the army destroyed the fortress in the 10th round, but the first line consisted of swordsmen, cavalry and battering rams fled due a low morale (42 points). The archers continued the battle against the garrison army and they also fled from the battlefield at 19 morale. The units weren't all lost.
