Hi team,

according to the description each level of the Academy of Sciences decreases the time of development.
However, I built the 2nd level of it and the time of development remained the half of time of development in the university (the same effect as on 1st level).

is this okay?

Hi, only the first level shortens the time by 50% every next level only 10%.

It's not shortening even by 10%! My centralization level 12 needs 10 Days 10:48:20 at regular university and exactly half time 5 Days 05:24:10 at academy of sciences. My academy is level 2! So is there any reason to keep increasing it's level?

I have read something about it, one level of academy counts as 4 levels of university!
