my suggestion to lower army upkeep because 15k of heavy army spend 150 k of gold per hour !!

thats how much 4  100 k population provinces produce in world cup x10 !

that is really too much and i build some small army and i have -700 k gold in minus

my economy just cant keep up

you would make a lot of players happy by doing this

and nobody can complain about less army upkeep when their 2000 spies spend half of their gold earnings

The suggestion will be reviewed. But as for the world cup is concerned, I dont think there is something that can be done now, in terms of changing the mechanic of the game. Maybe in the other editions of the world cup.
