I had a high level account on FB2 and I started world cup from and now it is back to level one where the hell as it gone had level 9 fort I had spent loads on it

Era 3 of Realm 214 (FB 2  x4) has ended on 2014-10-08 ..was it this world you was playing ?

Realm eras aren't everlasting. Depending  the speed of the  world you play ,  it end after couple months. You can see this in game when you push on the clock.

If you would read the instructions from the beginning or at least browse the forum for the topics where this has been already discussed, you would already know this.
However, diamonds and premium memberships are transferred across in the new era.

Its not stupid at all. Everyone knows this. Or at least almost everyone.
Please watch your language. The rules are and always have been the same regarding the length of an era.
Starting a new era gives you the chance to learn from your mistakes.
