Failed spy reports

Any chance we could have failed spy reports stored in the game. What we sent, what level the spies were - blah blah. At the moment, all you get is an instant report, and thats it - not the perfect implementation I'd suggest.

You mean like a history with what you sent and what levels they were at the time when you sent them, and against who they failed?
