basic noob questrions

I have some basic questions -

1. How do I know the realm and speed of the server I am playing in?Each time I log in it shows some different numbers(wwwNNN......) in the url.

2.Can I change the capital - if yes, how?

I can answer (1) anyway. Your realm information is located in your profile (Click your avatar or the silhouette at the top-left of the game screen), below the enlarged version of your avatar. You will see your username, then your alliance name (if you're in one), then your realm number. It will look like, for example, "V8 789", which would mean you're in realm 789 (doesn't exist yet) playing on version 8 (game is currently on version 6). Hope that helped!

hmm..I boxed in a province(mountain+forest) giving it more defense but now cannot change my capital to this province which is kind of ...grr.
