Alliance army lag

A number of us are reporting massive lag when we are trying to attack/move the alliance armies. It happens a little bit with individual armies, but alliance armies, all the officers/commanders have reported problems with it, especially when trying to send attacks - sometimes you can wait 10-15 seconds if not more, before the command is accepted.
