I think it's logical and much more convinient if you open Palace/governor tab and click on Great Person then it by default showes GP-s governor skills and when you open Palace/Defencive general and click on GP then it opens GP-s general skills. Now it just opens lastly opened and its really painful compare or find GP of your disire if you have to always click another tab on GPs profile.
