special resource attacking out of range

With the system as it is, it is open to abuse - its easy for players to have fake small accounts - they put a trading post, or whatever on a special resource from that account and send res to it - and can then plunder that same guy over and over again. I think you should reconsider not having the attacking out of range penalty - or at least stop people with x5 score from attacking them. It makes multi-accounting too easy with the current system.
