I would like to suggest, that if you really believe this game should be for all players, not just those that choose to spend 100s of Euros each month, you should give all players good support - not start giving those players special buttons in the play screen that allows them special treatment, so they can get direct access to support.

1000 players paying 10 euros - is worth more than 10 players paying 100 euros

Show some respect to the rest of us please.

This isn't the only online game people can play - my suggestion is that you dont forget the small guys - dont rely on these big spenders, coz when they leave, as they will - the small players wont be around anymore to help you keep the game running.

Every player has direct access to support. Live support is available to everyone, no matter if you just signed up for the first time or if you have been playing for ages and bought thousands of diamonds. Next to this everyone has access to 'Ask a player', the forums and support by e-mail.

yes - but only those that spend a lot of diamonds have exclusive access to the VIP support button.

The existence of that button does not mean that IO team is thinking less about the players that spend less. The support offered is the same no matter how much money you spend, or if you dont spend at all. Mail support, forum support and also the Asl a Player option does not have any remark anywhere saying that you spend this or that amount. The problems presented are treated with the same amount of consideration (and no, its not a small amount of consideration for those that want to boycott this statement).
