Why the era is not ending???

Can somebody to explain why the era is not ending in Realm 160 ?



The maximum duration of the era is 4 months.
4 months over, but the era continues.

The problem is that when a simple player writes to support, it takes about 1-2 weeks in order to get an answer. Don't you have "closer" relations with the support team?

There are some changes in the IO forum staff and it will take a while till everything get in order, the reply from support it shouldn't take more than 2 working days.
