graphics error

hi, i am encountering graphics problem for several days now.the link below is the screenshot of what my page looks like when i click the messages and the fortress to access command center.

been trying to drag it but it stays fixed in that position, i've been refreshing the screen but it's still the same. pls help.

Hi,

Please try from a different browser also and see if the problem is the same.
If the problem does not appear in the other browser, please try and delete the temporary files and cookies from your normal browser, log out and log back in.

Let me know if the problem still persists after that

it is working on firefox.

but on google (which is my regular browser) the problem is still there even when i deleted the temps and cookies.

Try this please and then close the browser, open it again and log back in to imperia.
Reinstall the Shockwave player in Chrome.
