No matter how many times I click I couldn't send any invitation to any of my friend, there is no pop up window coming up even I allowed pop up.

N.B. I also tried to send invitation through ranking > My friend

Which browser you are using to send the invitation? There must be a popup blocker activated that block you from open a window. you should disable it.

Enter the game via https://apps.facebook.com/imperia-online/ and make sure to disable popup blockers for www.imperiaonline.org. Do not log into more than one facebook account while trying to invite your friends to the game.
