Why my population are always in - ..... I started Medicine 14 , 15 and 16 + build farm and temples but again my population is in - !!!
Please help me ....!

One other factor that might affect your population growth is the tax collection you have set. Please set make sure you have full happiness in all your provinces.
And with farms, and medicine increased, you should see improvements soon.
If not, click on the farm inside your empire, click on the tab that shows you all provinces farms, and please take a screenshot, and one of the taxes you have set.

i have all the taxes small in all provinces im alos building farms and temples but not work !! I have also an colony with the bonus of farm 10% but donät work !!

Please wait until the happiness in all your provinces gets to maximum and see if anything will change. Also, get your farm level in all your provinces to 10-11, and you will see the improvement. Medicine will help, however if the farm capacity exceeds the number of villagers you can hold there, it wont make too much of a difference.
Another thing: Click on the town square, click on "Gradual Effect" and start a small festival in all provinces with gradual effect. That will help you reach max happiness everywhere faster.
