terrible change, unrealistic, but then I have found computer programmer geek types sadly lacking in historical knowledge, for one thing no army travelled from home to enemy castle with siege equipment, it was built on site using local materials, rams did not have a crew, they were handled by infantry units, and I mentioned in my post in bugs about how many crew various machines used
