Since we changed the layout in version 6 quite a bit, compared to the previous version(s), I figured it might be useful to explain the basic interface of the game. Whether you are new to Imperia Online, just to version 6 or have already been playing version 6 for a while, I hope this guide will be useful to you. *Smiley* You can click an area in the image below to jump to the section that contains information about the icons you can find in that specific area.

Buy diamonds
Gives you access to the screen where you can purchase diamonds with real money. Diamonds can help you speed up the development of your empire and its armies.

Server clock
Underneath this icon you will see the server time. The server time is the time in the game and is the same for everyone around the world, making it easier for you to plan something (like an attack) with an ally who's on the other side of the world. If you click the icon, or the time, a screen will show up which provides you with information about the realm, such as when it started and how long it will approximately last.

If you don't refresh the game every now and then (by pressing F5 or the refresh button in your browser), it is possible that there will be a small difference between the actual server time and the time you see displayed. Because of this, it is important to refresh the game before performing actions which require precise timing.
