not getting mil points or supply train

myself and another similar size player are having game of tennis with a vassal, normally from this size vassal and our sizes we should get 38/39 mil points for winner 2/3 for loser and approx 23k gold from supply train for winner, neither of us are getting this

They were earned before due to a bug. Militarry points and supply train should not be earned in battle for taking away enemy vassal.
