Can anyone tell me how to do this please?  I have tried several different things but nothing seems be working.  Any help is gratefully received.

hopefully someone can help. I'm stuck on this one as well. here is the description:
Move & Train option instantly moves the resources, required for a recruitment in a province, from the capital, and starts the training right away.
Goal: Hire and train military units, whose price exceeds the available resources in the province.
I do not see Move& train option ANYWHERE plz help

In the image above you can see that the color of the round button with the '✓'-sign has changed to red. When this happens it means that the amount of resources in the current province are insufficient and that the required resources will be taken from the capital. So as soon as this button turns red, it becomes the 'Move & Train' button. Unfortunately the text that is being displayed still says 'Recruit'. This is a bug that will be fixed.

As a reference, to show you the difference, this is what it looks like when there are enough resources and you are not taking (moving) any resources from the capital to train the units:


So a red button means: Move & Train
And a green button means: Recruit
