What is the problem with my account --Misa-- ? I have blocked my account (5hour). No messages have been sent. I sent the message, no answer. This conduct has been detrimental me and my team.

I know that. I was logged in. (14:10 CET) and was a blocked account. first email I wrote at 14:19 CET. It's not polite.
Imperia has a bug and I have to wait two days.
