colony questions

 Hi!


 There are some questiions which I could not find in the gamehelp, and I hope you can help me with.
 - If I place a colony to a not special resource field can it be also destroyed at the beginning?
 - If I place to a special resource what kind of terrain modifiers will I get exactly, cause If I move my mouse over the special terrain there I can not see any information what kind of terrain is that.
 - Does the colony administration effect the productivity of the colony? There is this happiness loss/2 productivity loss rule, so If I decrease the happiness loss by the colony administration will be the productivity loss also decreased?
 - If I have a military post next to a colony first the military post must destroyed before attacking the colony?
