No influence under alliance castle

I'm under influence from our castle but yet i'm not receiving any bonuses(production and hapiness). Could this be a bug?

Are you maybe in area where yur castle and some other castle which belong to other alliance overlap -- because in that case you get no bonus. Can you maybe post a screenshoot of castles influence on map with your location?

You are under influence of 2 castles... you dont get bonus in overlap zone. That overlap zone is divided in half and both alliance get they % of map, but players in that zone dont get bonuses.
