Speacial Resource Alliance bonus

My question is about colonizing speacial rfesources and the bonuses they bring.

The "how to play" states that your colonies don't add up, for example you colonise wood +5% and another wood +10%, the bonus amount is +10% and not +15%.

However the part where it talks about the alliance bonuses is unclear. My question is:

* Does the alliance bonuses add up?

Example: your ally colonizes +5% cavalry attack and you colonize +10% Cavalry attack. Does that mean the total alliance bonus is +15% or only +10% for the alliance?

Only the higher valued bonus affects both players and alliance army.

When it says +10% attack bonus to personal and alliance. Does that mean every member in the alliance gets +10% bonus or is it just the alliance army?
