I can't find the military post anywhere.. Anybody help please?

Before you can  build a military  post you first  must  research Military administration and military logistics  . When you did this you can click on map and choose option "build military post"

Make sure you have researched military administration and enough levels of military logistics also maybe you are trying to make a post near or on someone elses exclusive zone.
