Hello,

I have problems when images are loaded.
For example profile images.


I work with firefox, but and at Chrome is the same thing.

Also the page is opened slowly.

I have updated all adobe flash players or Java if needed

The problem isn't in the account, it is something on your computer.
Is the flash player updated to the latest version? Try opening the game in another browser. Clear cache and cookies.

Great, that means you're able to connect to the server our images are hosted on. *Smiley* (Image 1 is hosted by us, Image 2 is hosted by imgur)

Judging from this and the information you gave to Angela the problem is most likely something on your PC. You can use this page to check if you have the latest version of Flash:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html (Just click the 'Check now' button and it will tell you if you have the latest version)

To check if you have the latest version of Firefox you can visit this page:
